Before you apply
Every application is reviewed by a person, usually within one working day. These rules protect your customers and your WhatsApp numbers.
Questions
On every Wapify plan and add-on payment your customer makes — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly — calculated on the price before GST. WhatsApp message charges that Meta bills directly are not included.
For as long as the customer keeps paying. Renewals and upgrades earn commission too.
Each partner gets a partner code. When a customer signs up with your code, or you introduce them to our team, we record them against your account.
Once a month by UPI or bank transfer. Each commission is approved 30 days after your customer’s payment, and is paid once your approved balance crosses ₹2,000. A smaller balance is never lost — it carries forward to the next month.
A refunded payment earns no commission. If the commission was already paid, it is adjusted from your next payout.
180 days. If a business you introduced signs up and pays within 180 days, the customer is yours.
Yes. Tell your partner manager and we move you. Customers you already brought keep the terms they were signed under.
Spam, scraped or bought contact lists, self-referrals, brand-keyword ads and misleading claims. Partners who break these rules are removed and unpaid commission is cancelled.
No. Our team handles WhatsApp API setup, template approval, bots and support. Services like chatbot building can be quoted to your customer through you.
