Meta message charges
What WhatsApp itself charges
Besides your plan, Meta charges per message for some message types. These are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account, at Meta’s published rates for India.

Who pays Meta’s message charges?+
Meta charges marketing, utility and authentication messages directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. Our plan price covers the software. Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are free.
How do I get the green tick?+
The blue/green verified badge (Meta Verified or Official Business Account) is granted by Meta to notable, verified businesses. Business verification in Meta Business Manager is the first step; we can guide you through the request.
